At the working session, many FDI enterprises backed the province’s policy on establishing Communist Party cells at FDI enterprises and pledged to create favorable condition for Communist Party cells to operate when they are set up.

On this occasion, the FDI enterprises also expressed their interest in issues of lengthening temporary residence duration for foreign experts from 2 to 3 years, loosing procedures for foreign skilled workers to work in the local industrial parks as it is difficult to recruit skilled workers in Vietnam.

They also suggested that the province to plan vocational training for laborers to meet the recruiting demand of the local businesses, boost administrative reforms to improve investing environment as well as upgrade some roads for easier traveling and transportation.

Deputy Secretary Phan Thi My Thanh acknowledged suggestion from the enterprises and highly appreciated investors’ belief in the long-term investment in the province. She also pledged to create favorable condition for the FDI enterprises to increase their long-term investment in Dong Nai.
