The localityhas based on its natural factors and socio-economic situation to plan to build sub-zones , namely industry-services and agriculture area, growing areas for perennial trees and specialty trees, agriculture-forestry and aquatic product production areas, etc.
As a result, Xuan Loc has a lot of cultivation area with the average production value of VND100-250/ha/year.
As known, the district has more than 5,400 ha of short-day crops and over 12.1 ha under perennial tree cultivation.
