(ĐN) – Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee on Friday had a working session with General Director Somhatai Panvchewa of Amata Vietnam JS Company to discuss the deployment of three big projects in Long Thanh district.
The three projects, invested by Amata Vietnam, cover a total area of 1.285 hectares, locating in Long Thanh district’s Long Thanh township, An Phuoc and Tam An communes, which conclude a 410-hectare hi-tech industrial park, and two urban areas covering a total area of 875 hectares.
Of which, the hi-tech industrial park is expected to be completed in 2022, while the 122-hectare service urban area will be completed in 2023, and the other 753-hectare urban area is expected to be completed in 2030. Presently, they all are under the scheme with 1/2000 ratio.
At the session, Ms Somhatai Panvchewa suggested the local authorities to approve the scheme and grant investment license for the company to deploy the projects.
Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai asked the related departments and sectors as well as Long Thanh district’s authorities to support the company in boosting the progress of the projects.
