Accordingly, RON 92 and RON 95 petrol are now sold at VND25,312 and VND25,810 per liter, respectively, while diesel prices decreased by VND350 per liter, with 0.05S diesel now priced at VND22,330.The retail prices of mazut remain unchanged.
This was the second consecutive price decrease in July, following the drop between VND140- 190 per litre for diesel, fuel oil and kerosene in July 18. However, the prices of petrol were not lowered at that time.
This was the sixth price adjustment for petrol since early this year but the first-ever reduction.
