(ĐN)- According to the Ben Luc-Long Thanh expressway project’s management board, J2 construction package of the expressway project in Ho Chi Minh city’s Can Gio district will start on July 19.
The expressway project has total length of 57.8 kilometres, running through Long An province, HCM City and Dong Nai province.
The VND31.3 trillion highway will be built under expressway standard-Level A with designed speed of 100 km/h. The Ben Luc-Long Thanh expressway has eight lanes in the designing map.
There are two big suspension bridges on the expressway, including Binh Khanh bridge, crossing the Soai Rap river and connecting Nha Be district in HCMC and Dong Nai province’s Nhon Trach district; and Phuoc Khanh bridge, which crosses the Long Tau river and connects Can Gio and Nha Be districts in HCMC.
