Representatives of SCB Vietnam and Tin Nghia Corp sign agreement on April 10.

Being one of Vietnam’s three largest coffee exporters, Tin Nghia earns more than US$200 million from exporting around 100,000 tonnes of coffee bean each year. Since the beginning of the 2013-2014 coffee crop, the company exported some 80,000 tons of coffee and earned approximately US$140 million, the highest export rate in the company’s history.

Apart from investing in the domestic market, Tin Nghia has also poured money into planting coffee in Laos. It plans to expand the area from 1,000 ha to 3,000 ha and build a processing plant in the country in the coming time.
