The increase contributed to the figure in the first quarter to VND701,400 billion, a year-on-year increase of 10.2%.
The revenues made by the State sector in the first three months were VND68,000 billion, making up 9.7% and up 6.9%.
The non-State sector, which accounted for 86.7% of total revenues, posted a rise of 10% over the same period last year, to VND607,900 billion.
The foreign-invested enterprises witnessed an increase of 25%, reaching VND25,500 billion and accounting for 3.6%.
