(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s Index of Industrial Production (IIP) saw a year-on-year increase of 4.4 % in the first four months this year, reported the provincial Department of Industry and Trade.
Five industries have seen high growth (from 15-24%) during the first quarter including textiles, leather and leather products, chemical products, electric equipment, prefabricated metal products and furniture.
In April alone, the province’s IIP has seen positive signs with the higher growth than last month figures.
Dong Nai’s IIP increased by 7.1 percent in the first quarter of this year, ranking third after Hai Phong city (11.3 percent) and Da Nang city (10.5 percent).
