So far, the IP has leased out 44.6% of the total rentable land and workshops.
In the first four months this year, Giang Dien IP lured 2 FDI projects with the total rented area of nearly 2,000 square meters.
As known, Giang Dien IP covers an area of nearly 530 hectares in Trang Bom district with the total registered capital of over VND1,812 billion.
