(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s agricultural product export turnover reached US$219 million in the first quarter this year, an annual increase of 37%, reported the provincial People’s Committee.
The province’s export commodities included cashew nuts, coffee beans, cassava and its products and vegetables. Of which, cassava products reported the highest growth with 78%, followed by vegetables, 67%, and coffee beans, 38%.
Dong Nai has huge potential for exporting its farm products, especially fruit, to Europe, the U.S, Japan, if they meet the high standards and strict regulations on goods quality, predicted the economic experts.
