The e-customs system, the first of its kind implemented in the province, which is able to deal with declarations within three seconds, aims to realise the development strategy in the field to 2020 and the plan reforming and modernising customs between 2011 and 2015.
As of April 23, Dong Nai Customs will put the system into operation at the customs departments of Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, Binh Thuan, Long Binh Tan, Thong Nhat and the Long Binh processing zone will put the system into use.
As known, the Customs of Vietnam started implementing the system which is funded by the Japanese Government at departments in Hanoi, Hai Phong and Bac Ninh on April 1.
