(ĐN)- According to the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Dong Nai has supplied more than 2.4 million live pigs a year to the markets across the country.
Of the figure, over 1.9 million pigs were from the local farms and breeders while nearly 60,000 of them from the State-run enterprises, and the rest came from the FDI enterprises.
Presently, the province has the largest pig herd in the province.
