The information was released on March 13 at the meeting chaired by Vice Chairwoman Phan Thi My Thanh of the provincial People's Committee with the Steering Committee of centralized administration center project.
The centre will include a 15-storey building and other administrative service areas and will house the offices of most local agencies, including the province's Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and most departments and sectors in the province.
The project will be completed in five separate phases between 2013 and 2025.
The center is expected to help improve the administration of the province and will benefit local residents and businesses.
