Accordingly, construction package of Phuoc Khanh suspension bridge on the expressway, which crosses the Long Tau River and connects Nha Be district in HCMC and Dong Nai province’s Nhon Trach district, will be started in late June in 2014.
The Ben Luc-Long Thanh expressway project has total length of 57.8 kilometres, running through Long An province, HCM City and Dong Nai province.
The expressway will be built under expressway standard-Level A with designed speed of 120 km/h.
The Ben Luc-Long Thanh expressway has eight lanes in the designing map. However, in the first phase, it will be built with four lanes at the total investment capital of $1.61 billion.
