The association and its agencies also mobilized thousands of seedlings and breeding animals from their members to help over 4,000 poor farmer households develop production and stabilize their life.
In addition, the province’s farmers also contributed their money and work days to build nearly 400 charity houses, upgrade rural traffic roads, dredged canals, and provide preferential loans to poor farmer households.
In 2014, the province’s Farmers’ Association will strive to admit 8,000 new members, and 60% of its members will be recognized as good farmers in production and business.
