(ĐN) - The 2013 Agriculture and Craft Village Goods Fair closed on December 11 at Long Khanh township’s Stadium, attracting about 100,000 visitors.
The week-long fair attracted 250 domestic enterprises from Southern provinces and cities showcasing 400 pavilions featuring famous fruit and vegetables in Dong Nai such as jackfruits, fresh guavas, cabbage, avocadoes, rambutans, etc, as well as well-known craft village goods from the localities.
The event, organised by the Vietnam Farmers’ Association and Dong Nai provincial Farmers’ Association, is an opportunity for enterprises, farmers and management agencies to exchange ideals and co-operate in the production and consumption of local agricultural products.
At the closing ceremony, 11 outstanding collectives received Certificates of Merit from Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee and the provincial Farmers’ Association for their contributions to the fair.
