(ĐN)- So far, 1.545 million ATM cards have been issued in Dong Nai province and 471 ATM machines set up, according to the latest report from the Dong Nai branch of the State Bank of Viet Nam.
In addition, Dong Nai-based banks have also been strongly developing the network of Electronic Data Capture (EDC)/ Point of Sale (POS) with a total number of up to 1,175 devices, creating a perfect card payment system to serve customers.
According to the evaluation, most of ATM cards in the province serve only demand for cash withdrawal, the convenience of non-cash payment method still remain limited.
