Korean retailer Lotte officially opened a US$30 million commercial centre in the southern province of Binh Duong on November 21.
The commercial centre, covering an area of 21,300 square metres in Binh Duong’s Thuan An town, is Lotte’s fifth in Vietnam.
The others are located in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Dong Nai.
In addition to retail areas, the centre features a cinema and a food court, as well as other entertainment services.
It is expected to bring about changes to the retail market in Binh Duong and nearby areas.
Lotte also plans to open a new commercial centre in Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province by the end of the year.
