During the past years, the agricultural cooperatives have made necessary efforts to improve their operational efficiency and competitive capacity. Particularly, the cooperatives provided their members with fertilizers, pesticides, seedlings, breeding animals, cultivation techniques, helping them to enhance productivity and improve the quality of life.
73% of the cooperatives is appreciated as effective operating units by Dong Nai provincial Cooperative Alliance, the rest is ineffective ones and newly-established cooperatives that is unable to evaluate their effect.
Cooperatives in the province operate in the fields of agriculture, industry, handicraft, transportation, commercial and service, environmental sanitation, construction, health, etc.
