(ĐN)- The consumption loans have dropped sharply in Dong Nai province as of end of September, according to Dong Nai branch of State Bank of Vietnam.
Particularly, these loans were only approximately VND4 trillion, making up 5.36% of total lending in the province, decreasing around 18.61% from early this year.
The fall was due to the economic downturn has caused the decreasing demand from borrowers
Meanwhile, total outstanding real estate loans in Dong Nai stood at more than VND3.9 trillion, an increase of nearly 14.45% over the beginning of the year, accounting for 5.35% of total loans.
The report also saw a regular increase in loans for import and export, rural development and small and medium enterprises.
