The ceremony was attended by Japanese consul general in HCMC Hida Harumitsu, Deputy Minister of Construction Phan Thi My Linh, Chairman of Dong Nai province People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai.
The Long Duc company is a joint venture between Vietnamese Donafood and three Japanese companies Sojitz Corporation, Daiwa House Industry and Kobelco Eco-Solutions.
The IP covers an area of nearly 283 hectares in Long Duc commune and is built with the total investment of over VND1,083 billion.
The IP has so far attracted 16 projects, including 15 Japanese-invested ones with a combined capital of $617 million, and it has leased 80 hectares of land.
