(ĐN)- Dong Nai Customs Department on September 26 held a ceremony to announce a decision to establish Customs Team 3 under the Long Thanh district’s Customs Office at Long Duc Industrial Park (IP).
The establishment aims to shorten the customs clearance time for import-export products as well as offer better conditions for the businesses to attract more investment projects.
Long Duc IP covers an area of nearly 283 hectares in Long Thanh district’s Long Duc commune and is built with the total investment of over VND1,083 billion.
The Long Duc company is a joint venture between Vietnamese Donafood and three Japanese companies Sojitz Corporation, Daiwa House Industry and Kobelco Eco-Solutions.
The IP has so far attracted 16 projects, including 15 Japanese-invested ones with a combined capital of $617 million, and it has leased 80 hectares of land.
