Most of cooperatives have operated effectively and provided job opportunities to local rural laborers. Over the past time, the clubs have made efforts to help farmers to access to advanced science and technology to improve production efficiency.
Presently, there are 15 high-productivity club unions operating in Xuan Loc district. The union is a link between high-productivity clubs. Development of models of high-productivity club union is a major strategy of Xuan Loc district to build the new rural model for sustainable development.
According to the report, the biggest difficulty for cooperatives and clubs is the lack of capital for production; this leads to backward production technology and uncompetitive products in the market.
