(ĐN)- Tri An-Bien Hoa sugar factory has invested around VND51 billion for sugarcane growers in 2013-2014 sugar cane crop. Accordingly, the factory provided over VND4 billion in non-refundable aid to local sugarcane farmers.
Despite the low price of sugar, the factory still bought sugar cane at more than VND1 million a ton of 10 CCS cane in this crop.
As known, the factory signed an agreement to invest and consume nearly 3,700 ha of sugarcan for the coming crop.
