Dong Nai entices more Japanese investors

According to Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment, Japanese investors pumped US$ 162 million into 15 projects that the department licensed in the first six months of this year.

According to Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment, Japanese investors pumped US$ 162 million into 15 projects that the department licensed in the first six months of this year.

Japan is currently the leading investor among 92 countries and territories investing in Viet Nam.

In Dong Nai, Japan has 132 projects with total registered capital of over US$2.8 billion, ranking third among 36 countries and territories investing in the locality.

Notably, Japanese enterprises in Dong Nai have performed efficiently and complied strictly with Vietnamese regulations and law.

Currently, Dong Nai has continually completed its infrastructure as well as carried out supportive policies for Japanese small-and-medium-size enterprises as pledged.

Hence, the province is likely to reach its goal of attracting US$1 billion in FDI this year.
