The province is expected to lure around US$600 million in new and added foreign investment (FDI) projects in first half of this year, fulfilling nearly 67% of the year’s plan and decreasing 34.5 from the same period last year. FDI disbursement reached around US$500 million over the first six months, a year-on-year rise of 53%.
