(ĐN)- Recently, Toan Thinh Phat Investment - Architecture - Construction Corporation (TTP Corp) signed a contract to transfer the 5-story office building of the Pegasus Plaza project to Dong Nai branch of Vietcombank. The contract is valued at some VND130 billion.
The office building covers an area of 8,500 square meters at Vo Thi Sau Street in Bien Hoa city’s Quyet Thang ward. It is expected to be used as headquarters of Vietcombank Dong Nai.
The Pegasus Plaza started construction in 2011 with a total investment of around VND500 billion. The project comprises of two buildings functioning as a commercial center, high-class apartments and office space. It is scheduled to be completed within the fourth quarter of this year.
