At the meeting, Chairman Thai welcomed Japanese businesses to invest in the province. Japan is now among the biggest foreign investors in Dong Nai with more than 140 projects worth US$2.8 billion. In the coming time, the province will create specific policies to call for investment from Japanese enterprises to help develop support industries in Dong Nai.
Governor Toshizo Ido expressed his deep impression of Dong Nai’s efforts to attract foreign investors. He also pledged to serve as a bridge for Dong Nai’s and Hyogo Prefecture’s firms to increase their cooperation in various fields.
On this occasion, the delegation visited Bien Hoa city’s Long Binh Industrial Park.
