Dong Nai’s GDP grows by 11.87% in 9 months

According to the report, Dong Nai’s gross domestic product (GDP) in Jan-Sept period grew by 11.87 percent year-on-year, fulfilling more than 70 percent of the yearly plan.

In the first nine months, the province has lured over US$1 billion in FDI, achieving 118 percent of the year's target.

In the socio-economic development plan for 2013, the province’s GDP growth rate is set at 11-12 percent

Addressing at the meeting, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai asked the departments, agencies and localities to concentrate on collecting the budget in the late months. He also stressed the province to make further efforts  to fulfill the yearly plan, which would help create momentum for more sustainable development in 2013.
