(ĐN)- On October 12, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Minh Phuc had a working session with Dong Nai Taxation Bureau on tax collection work in the first nine months of the year and tasks for last three months.
The taxation bureau has reported a plunge in tax collection. Accordingly, the province collected approximately VND11 trillion in taxes over the first nine months, fulfilling 69% of the estimation.
Speaking at the working session, Vice Chairman noted that greater efforts should be made during the remaining months to complete the target of nearly VND16 trillion in tax revenue in 2012. He also stressed that the bureau needs to take tough measures collect overdue taxes and limit bad debts.
