(ĐN)- According to the report from Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA), the province’s 31 industrial parks (IPs) managed to lease out 145,47 hectares of land to investors in first 9 months of this year, up 147% over the same period last year, fulfillinng 145% of the yearly target.
Most of land was rented at the industrial parks of Long Duc, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach 3 and Song May.
So far, Dong Nai's IPs has leased 3,996 hectares of land, accounting of 62.2 percent of total rentable area.
