(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s retail sales of commodities and services estimated at more than VND54 trillion in the first eight months of the year, fulfilling 61.5% of the year’s plan, increasing 21% year-on-year, reported Department of Industry and Trade.
The strongest growth in retail sales was in the non-state sector, which saw a year-on-year increase of nearly 22 percent, while the state-owned and foreign-owned sectors rose by 15 percent.
In Jan-Aug period, the hotel-restaurant sector saw a highest increase of 26%; the increased figures for the tourism and trade sectors were 25% and 20%, respectively.
