(ĐN)- Dong Nai Branch of the State Bank of Vietnam said that the province-based commercial banks mobilized over VND70.4 trillion in deposits in Jan-July period, a year-on-year rise of more than 14%.
Particularly, deposits from individuals increased 21% compared to the beginning of the year while those from economic organizations up 3.7%.
Of total deposits, mobilized capital in VND rose 6.5% and foreign currencies deposits up 9.3% against the end of previous year.
Up to the end of July, the banks’ loan turnover was estimated at more than VND62 trillion, an increase of 7% from early this year.
