Some industries saw sharp increases, contributing to a slight growth in industrial production. Particularly, leather and leather products climbed 12 percent, food processing up nearly 10 percent, garment up 8.5 percent and chemical up 8 percent.
Four sectors posted decreases in production volume in this period, including mining, tobacco, non-metallic minerals, electricity and gas.
