(ĐN)- Dong Nai branch of the State Bank of Viet Nam reported that the number of ATMs in Dong Nai has so far increased significantly, with 448 machines put in service across the province, while the number of ATM cards had reached 986,200.

(ĐN)- Dong Nai branch of the State Bank of Viet Nam reported that the number of ATMs in Dong Nai has so far increased significantly, with 448 machines put in service across the province, while the number of ATM cards had reached 986,200.

Vietcombank, Agribank, BIDV are the banks issuing the largest number of ATM cards.

Over the past time, Dong Nai-based banks have strongly developed the network of POS (Point of Sale)/ EDC (Electronic Data Capture) with a total number of 559 devices, creating a perfect card payment system to serve customers.

According to the evaluation, most of ATM cards in the province serve only demand for cash withdrawal, the convenience of non-cash payment method still remain limited.
