(ĐN)- As of end-July, Dong Nai-based banks provided loans totaling more than VND10 trillion to local rural and agricultural development projects, up 8.6 percent from early this year, reported Dong Nai Branch of the State Bank of Vietnam.
The figure accounted for nearly 17 percent of total lending in the province.
In the coming months, local credit organizations, especially state commercial banks, will continue to prioritize lending to agricultural development, ensuring the credits for agriculture and rural sector at 15-20% of the total outstanding loans
