(ĐN)- On June 24, Dong Nai Rubber Real Estate One Member Limited Liability Co. and Hung Gia Viet Real Estate Co. held a ceremony to introduce Pho Xanh urban project in Trang Bom district.
The residential project covers 13.9 ha with a total investment capital of around VND600 billion.
The project includes 80 land lots for villas and row houses to be launched into the market in the coming time with prices averaging VND3.9-6.8 million per sq.m.
