Over the past five years, VCB Bien Hoa’s leaders and employees have made non-stop efforts to improve services and quickly respond to customers’ requirements. The branch expanded its market share to 6 percent in 2011 from 1.5 percent in 2007
VCB Bien Hoa mobilized approximately VND600 billion in deposits in 2007 and the figure was VND2.8 trillion this year. The branch’s loan turnover was also estimated at nealry VND2.8 trillion.
Presently, VCB Bien Hoa has five transaction offices with 125 employees.
