The target, equivalent to the provincial FDI attraction this year, was set due to the continuous influence of the global economic downturn and difficulties of the domestic economy, said the Department Director Bo Ngoc Thu.
Meanwhile, the provincial-level priority projects in hi-tech and support industries were mainly small-scale ones with low investment capital, she said.
To reach the goal, they would continue to foster administrative procedures, solve businesses’ difficulties, as well as accelerate investment promotion to better advertise the provincial investment climate to foreign and domestic investors, she noted.
