(ĐN)- Total outstanding loans at Dong Nai-based banks reached more than VND53.5 trillion in 2011, up nearly 18.5 percent from the end of 2010, according to the Dong Nai branch of the State Bank of Vietnam.
Accordingly, outstanding loans in Vietnam dong rose by over 12 percent, loans in foreign currencies surged by 44 percent.
Short-term loans increased 15.1 percent while medium and long-term ones rose 25.1 percent year-on-year.
