(ĐN)- Dong Nai reported an export turnover of US$9.8 billion this year, fulfilling 118% of the yearly plan and increasing 30.3% year-on-year.
Of the total, exports from foreign-invested enterprises accounted for more than US$9 billion, up 30.4%; the local enterprises reached US$575 million, up 29.6%, and the central enterprises was US$186 million, up 27.5%.
The province’s main export commodities include footwear, textile and garment, wood and wooden products, plastic products, electronic components, pottery, etc.
While the province’s import value was US$10.6 billion, an increase of 15.9% compared to the same period of last year.
Major import products were chemical, machinery, iron and steel, gas, tobacco materials, raw materials for production.
