(ĐN)- The industry, trade and construction fair and exhibition for the Southern Key Economic Zone and the Southeastern region took place in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province from November 9-13. The fair attracted nearly 170,000 visitors and generated VND 49 billion in revenue. As many as 20 memoranda of understanding worth VND 2 billion and 15 contracts valued at VND 4 billion were signed during the five-day fair.
Themed "Tightening links for development", the fair attracted the participation of 241 domestic and foreign enterprises with 588 booths showcasing products in fields such as mechanical engineering, interior decoration, energy conservation, food processing, textiles and garments. In the framework of the event, there were a workshop themed "Tightening links to develop distribution networks in rural areas" and activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
The fair and exhibition aimed to create opportunities for local businesses to seek partners, sign contracts, promote investment, popularize their brands and enhance their competitiveness.
