Increasing demand for skilled workers in Dong Nai

(ĐN)- There are a growing demand for skilled workers in Dong Nai province. Enterprises in the province will seek a large number of skilled workers in 2012 despite the decreasing demand in recruitment, according to the Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The Department said that some 50,000 additional skilled workers including 30,000 graduates of secondary technical schools and universities will be needed next year for major industries such as machinery manufacturing, mechanics, electricity…..

The role technology has played in shaping this demand. A shift toward employment of skilled workers in Dong Nai is attributed to the effective investment attraction policy of the province with with priorities given to hi-tech projects using clean and green technologies to produce competitive items, export production and supporting industries’ development.
