Vegetable prices soar as rains pour

(ĐN)- Prolonged heavy rains in recent days have badly affected agriculture leading to a shortage of fresh vegetables and an increase in retail prices in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province.

According traders in some big markets in the city, the prices of vegetables like cabbage, gourd, salad and others have also increased by 2,000 VND –5,000 VND per kg.

Meanwhile, prices of pork, beef and some seafood items have droped by 2,000 VND –5,000 VND per kg.
