Housing developer Dat Xanh Group has put real estate from its Suoi Son project in Dong Nai province’s Trang Bom district on the market.
General director of the group’s Real Estate Services Company Nguyen Khanh Hung said that 300 out of the project’s 500 land plots had already been sold which was expected to catch the attention of real estate investors in the south.
With a total VND4.6 trillion (US$221 million) in investment capital, the three phase project covers an area of 117ha. Several urban areas and other public facilities such as secondary schools, kindergartens and health care centres are planned.
