Honey is one of Dong Nai’s three major agricultural products which have seen a sharp rise in export volume in the nine-month period.
Bee breeding has developed strongly in the province. Currently, there are almost 50,000 bee hives in the province and the total annual honey yield from these hives is nearly 1,000 tonnes. The four districts of Dinh Quan, Cam My, Thong Nhat and Trang Bom are the province’s largest bee breeding areas.
