(ĐN)- Toan Thinh Phat Architecture-Investment-Construction Joint Stock Co. on Sunday introduced the apartment model of the Pegasus Plaza project in Dong Nai province.
The project is built on a site of over 6,000 sq.m in Vo Thi Sau Street, Thong Nhat ward, Bien Hoa city with a total investment of VND 500 billion.
The project has total flooring area of over 47,000 square metres, including trading centre, office building and apartment block.
The project started construction in January 2011 and apartments are expected to hand to buyers in March 2013. The project will likely be completed in 2-4 months ahead of schedule.
