Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Phan Thi My Thanh praised good taxpayers and stressed that the tax agency should continue its efforts to boost administrative reform on tax procedures, create favorable conditions for taxpayers to declare and pay tax in full and on time.
In 2010, the province’s Taxation Bureau collected more than VND11.7 trillion in tax, fulfilling 132 percent of the year’s plan, up 38 percent year-on-year.
