(ĐN)-Dong Nai province’s authority has granted license to build a big commercial centre at No.260, Pham Van Thuan St, Thong Nhat ward, Bien Hoa city.
The nine-storey center, covering almost 1,884 sq.m, will be built at an estimated cost of more than VND160 billion.
The centre is scheduled to be completed after 24 months of construction.
The centre is invested by Nguyen Kim Trade Joint Stock Co. and Song Da Dong Nai Joint Stock Co.
