(ĐN)- Total outstanding loans at Dong Nai-based banks reached over VND 51.5 trillion in the first seven months of the year, up over 14 percent against the beginning of this year or 36.29 percent against the same period last year, according to the Dong Nai branch of the State Bank of Vietnam's figures.
Particularly, outstanding loans in Vietnam dong by late July is estimated at over VND 40 trillion, up 10.15 per cent against the beginning of this year or 33.49 percent against the same period last year, and those in foreign currency at over VND11.3 trillion, up 30.67 per cent against the beginning of this year or 47.24 percent against the same period last year.
By the end of July, the foreign currency loans accounted for almost 22 percent of the total outstanding loans of the whole banking system in Dong Nai.
